LAWA 5th Feeder

Background: The new fifth feeder for utilities was built to ensure that Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) has sufficient utility systems reliability, capacity and redundancy to meet load demands of new airport modernization projects. This project involved new and upgraded firewater and domestic water lines, and installation of new electrical duct banks, with work proceeding in a four-phased approach.

Project Work: CM Solutions developed the fully resource and cost loaded baseline schedule, and provided schedule updates to reflect ongoing dynamic field conditions, cost updates and subcontractor coordination.
