Background: The I-10 HOV project adds an HOV lane to the congested I-10 freeway through Baldwin Park and West Covina, improving traffic flow, and ultimately, air quality. The project includes bridge improvements at the overpasses.
Project Work: CM Solutions staff performed schedule analysis, and evaluation and presentation of multiple delay events, which allowed the contractor to successfully negotiate a time extension of 291 days (30.3% increase).
