Background: The Los Angeles County Department of Public Works oversees a multi-billion-dollar capital improvement program to modernize existing facilities and construct new buildings for the largest county in the nation. The diverse program uses a variety of project delivery methods, including design-build, job order contracts, and design-bid-build.
Project Work: CM Solutions is providing a team to manage and coordinate the planning, programming, design & construction of the projects through all phases of construction, including planning, design & pre-construction, construction, and commissioning and closeout. This includes program leadership, project management, land surveying, constructability reviews, safety, inspections, traffic control, project controls, and diversity program outreach.
