Background: The Airport Police Facility consolidates operations from eight locations under one roof, allowing for expanded training programs and centralized deployment of the airport police force. Facility includes a 160,000 sq. ft. building, 960 stall parking structure, a shooting range, dog kennels and suspect processing area. The facility earned LEED Gold Certification.
Project Work: CMS staff provided scheduling review services for the project, including delay analyses and risk mitigation. Our scheduler prepared time impact analyses that were instrumental in negotiations for equitable adjustments to both LAWA and the contractor.
