Background: This surface water treatment project nearly doubles the city’s drinking water system capacity to 30MGD to meet projected demand, improve water quality, and ensure compliance with water treatment regulations.
Project Work: CMS supports the construction management firm with schedule reviews for the contractor’s baseline schedule and monthly updates, in addition to performing Time Impact Analysis for change orders.
