Nashville Omohundro & KR Harrington Water Treatment Plants

OWNER:
Nashville Metro Water Services

PROJECT VALUE:
$1.9B program

Background: Metro Water Services is modernizing the Omohundro and K.R. Harrington Water Treatment Plants to expand capacity by 50% and safeguard against extreme weather. Project Work: CMS provided independent cost estimates and validated contractor submissions at 60% and 90% design. CMS also reviews the overall program schedule and GMP package schedules through the design phase, in addition to providing ongoing scheduling and change order support.

Services Provided: Estimating, Scheduling, Change Order Support
