Background: A priority for preparations for the 2028 Olympics, this project creates a dedicated transit line between the North Hollywood area and Pasadena with enhanced BRT stations, dedicated bus lanes and priority right of way traffic configurations. It will improve travel times, reduce congestion, and provide a more efficient transit option for commuters.
Project Work: CMS supports the contractor with project controls management and scheduling support services, including project status reporting, pre-construction planning, value management & engineering, and project management support.
