Background: The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) is the United States Navy’s engineering systems command and technical authority for facilities, engineering and management, real estate and construction, and oversees renovations and repairs to its buildings.
Project Work: CMS is providing scheduling services to the general contractor for multiple buildings on different bases, including baseline schedules, ongoing updates, and time impact analyses (TIA) for delays.
