Background: This project upgrades the existing roadway features to current standards, improves traffic safety, and improves the aesthetics of this gateway to the City of Victorville. The project involves widening the State Highway I-15, widening the bridges and improving the ramps.
Project Work: CM Solutions consultants performed schedule analysis, and evaluation and presentation of multiple delay events, allowing the contractor to successfully negotiate a 106-day time extension.
