Background: Metro’s Crenshaw/LAX Transit Project will extend light rail transit service from the existing Metro E Line in Los Angeles and merge with Metro C Line in El Segundo. The line will travel 8.5 miles and serve the cities of Los Angeles, Inglewood and El Segundo. This project includes an 8.5-mile light rail line with eight stations and the Southwestern Yard Maintenance Facility.
Project Work: CM Solutions provided cost estimating services for conceptual and budget planning, design optimization and constructability, value engineering, economic evaluations, procurement and contract administration support, change orders and contract claims.
