Background: Texas Instruments built several new semiconductor fabrication plants in Sherman, TX to meet growing demand for the industrial and automotive markets. The construction program covered greenfield through commissioning and included the fabrication plants, utility plants, bulk chemical yards, and admin buildings.
Project Work: CM Solutions provided scheduling at both master and project levels for the contractor. Along with monthly status and forecasting reports, CMS developed extensive dashboards in Power BI that combined data from multiple databases and a massive schedule, and presented cost and schedule updates with useful visuals..
