Background: Mickey Leland International Terminal will replace Terminal D to support airlines growth plans in Houston. The project will include constructing a new 11-gate concourse on the north side of Terminal B, becoming the “New Terminal C North” and reconstructing and integrating the existing Terminal C North and Terminal D into a new single common-use international facility, the Mickey Leland International Terminal (MLIT). The master plan will also include several enabling projects to serve the newly constructed facilities as well as a new roadway system, airfield improvements, and parking structure for increased parking capacity.
Project Work: CM Solutions is providing reporting, planning and scheduling services including weekly/monthly updates, TIAs, Baselines, and cost-loaded schedules, and forecasting to the general contractor. CMS is also serving as the contact between owner and contractor, and is coordinating iwth the superintendent, office staff, and owner to ensure schedule alignment.
