Background: The San Luis Obispo Water Resource Recovery Facility (SLO WRRF) upgrade improves the plant’s efficiency while helping reduce dependency on reservoir and groundwater supplies long into the future. It will deliver significant long-term benefits to water quality, the environment, resilience and community education. This project involves a series of upgrades including a membrane bioreactor (MBR) and ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system.
Project Work: CM Solutions represents the construction manager and the owner with scheduling services that include reviewing the contractor’s baseline schedules, what-if schedules, and monthly updates for compliance to specifications, constructability and logic.
