Background: The Riverside Regional Water Quality Control Plant (RWQCP) Phase 1 Expansion is the largest public works project the city has ever completed. The expansion included work in 29 different areas of an existing, active 70-year old wastewater treatment plant. The modernization project retrofitted aging facilities and expanded capacity to meet the needs of future generations.
Project Work: CM Solutions reviewed the contractor’s fully resource and cost-loaded baseline schedule and provided monthly schedule update reviews. Our schedulers worked closely with the project team to stay up-to-date on dynamic field conditions, optimize remaining work, evaluate the risks, and mitigate various claims to the Owner.
