Background: Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is responsible for maintaining the City’s infrastructure for solid waste, water and wastewater utility assets order to provide safe and clean drinking water, as well as adequate sewer and drainage, to the greater Seattle area.
Project Work: CMS provides planning, scheduling, and estimating services for water, drainage, sewage, hazardous waste, and water treatment projects. CMS is managing schedule performance and reporting from design through construction and start up. We provide guidance for standards and processes for improved project and portfolio monitoring, including development of a detailed process for earned value reporting.
