Background: The Perris Valley Regional Water Reclamation Facility was expanded to keep up with population growth and increasing flows. This project expanded the treatment capacity of the existing wastewater treatment facility from 11 million gallons a day (MGD) to 22 MGD.
Project Work: CM Solutions worked closely with the construction management firm representing the owner to review the contractor’s baseline schedule, monthly updates, and requests for time extensions. In addition, CMS evaluated multiple time impacts and project delays for the owner and helped successfully defend a $1.5M extended overhead claim by the contractor.
