Background: The Jamacha substation rebuild required relocation of all distribution circuits , completed in 5 phases. Project involved installing a new switchgear, all feeder cables, and ductwork, and removing overhead poles part of the substation rack RFS.
Project Work: CM Solutions managed the design stage and coordinated with the substation and transmission teams to issue design packages. We also worked with engineering and construction to develop construction sequencing to optimize costs and the outages schedule.
