Water/Wastewater
Advanced Water Treatment Facility (AWTF)
OWNER:
Orange County Water District (OCWD)
PROJECT VALUE:
$300 million
Background: The Orange County Water District’s groundwater replenishment system is the world’s largest water purification system for indirect potable reuse. The system takes highly treated wastewater that would have previously been discharged into the Pacific Ocean and purifies it into potable water before pumping it into the groundwater system.
Project Work: CM Solutions worked closely with the construction managers to develop a completely cost and resource-loaded baseline schedule, and to maintain the schedule and resource data throughout the course of the project. Our schedulers also incorporated proposed changes and developed Time Impact Analysis to evaluate changes and mitigate problems.
Services Provided: Scheduling, Time Impact Analysis, Risk Management
