Background: As part of the Southern California Gas Expansion Program, the Blythe Compressor Station is a power plant strategically located between California and Arizona and has the ability to serve both regions. The facility consists of three natural gas compressor plants. This project involves design and construction of a fourth plant that includes auxiliary equipment and new buildings for power generation and operations.
Project Work: CM Solutions staff provides scheduling and cost controls services from the engineering phase through completion. During the construction phase, our staff is on site, providing scheduling and estimating services, including construction crew analysis, negotiation of change orders, and analysis for probability of schedule success.
