Rob Springer

Rob has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry as an engineer, contractor and consultant. An accomplished civil engineer, he acquired extensive experience with hands-on field planning/scheduling and construction management in a wide variety of construction projects worldwide. Relying on his extensive background, Rob is uniquely suited to guide and mentor our leadership team and rising project controls talent.

On the business side, Rob enjoys mentoring senior leadership and developing talent. In his personal life, Rob is a father and grandfather, and enjoys being close with family, staying active in his church and community, and enjoying the great outdoors, including, camping, hiking and fishing.

Dylan Hirsch, PMP

Dylan works with clients to develop and implement solutions for planning and forecasting—both at the project and portfolio levels. He is especially skilled in evaluating current systems, weeding through the clutter to identify solutions, and guiding the team through implementation and quality assurance. He also has a passion to develop and mentor people in project control skills, and to connect the right people with clients’ needs.

Dylan has been an avid traveler since he studied abroad in Thailand for two months. His goal is to match the number of countries he has visited to his age. Dylan also volunteers as a mentor to high school students in Los Angeles.

Mike brings over 25 years of experience to leading the Construction Services division. He is an expert at working with owners, general contractors and subcontractors to develop schedules that work for everyone, while identifying and resolving potential delays early in the project. He is well versed on how a project comes together from concept to construction, and how to integrate multiple projects at various phases into a complete picture.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys family vacations, golfing with friends, racing sports cars, and attending hockey games.

Shanette’s passion for diversity and inclusion extends outside of work, including volunteering with organizations that advance the well-being of African Americans and underserved communities. She is also passionate about cooking, baking, grilling and creating new recipes. Her latest hobby is making ice cream, sherbet and sorbet from scratch.
