Abir Coury Hanna, Senior Project Controls Manager with CM Solutions (CMS), was selected as a 2021 Top Young Professional by ENR California & Northwest. This award recognizes individuals from the region of California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and Hawaii, who are under 40 years of age and have shown extraordinary leadership and potential.

Abir began at CMS in 2014 as a cost engineer and quickly proved to be a valuable asset to the project controls teams for our clients, SoCalGas and San Diego Gas & Electric. Currently a Program Manager at SDG&E, Abir contributes a strong work ethic and exceptional skills in cost analysis, project controls processes, project planning and team management. Her insight into project management enables improvements across project controls processes, including cost controls, scheduling and team communication.

Abir exemplifies the CMS core values of knowledge, innovation, community, integrity and leadership. She stays informed about industry best practices and has developed innovative cost management tools to ensure tight accuracy in cost forecasts.
