Background: As one of the nation’s largest electric utilities, Southern California Edison (SCE) is committed to keeping electricity safe, reliable, affordable and clean to meet the State’s changing energy needs. This involves hundreds of projects connecting new green energy sources to the SCE electrical grid, as well as thousands of smaller maintenance projects.
Project Work: CM Solutions project controls experts work with SCE and client contractors to support the construction and modernization of major transmission projects with scheduling, cost controls and data analytics. CMS also assisted with implementing Primavera P6 as an enterprise scheduling solution. Our staff drive continuous improvement in their roles by bringing best practices that enhance project management.
